Committee – Roseika Lee

Roseika Lee joined the Slow Food Aberdeen City and Shire group in May 2016 and shortly after joined the committee as

Roseika started her career as a chef at Hotel du Vin in Bristol, which is where her interest in seasonal and local produce began.

After moving to Aberdeen five years ago Roseika spent three years working at Malmasion and is now a chef at the Silver Darling, and is an SVQ assessor of Professional Cookery.

Roseika believes that Aberdeen City and Shire is truly blessed in UK with amazing local produce, and it’s something that the people of the region should be immensely proud of.
