Steven was born in Switzerland, but grew up in South Africa. He has travelled much of Europe and Southern Africa and uses a lot of his knowledge in his work as a chef.
He has been cooking professionally for over 12 years and has worked all over the UK and Europe. He is currently Head Chef at 210 Bistro. Since he joined in 2015, he has worked hard to always try and use seasonal and local produce when available and to try to be inventive with his menus.
