6pm on the 10th May 2018 for our Slow Fish Event in the heart of Aberdeen.
Guests had the opportunity to see how fish is processed for market at Granite City Fish and experience
the real skills of a fish filleter.
After the demonstration we went along the road for a delicious 3 course big table dinner where you will sample some of the best local fish at 210 Bistro
