Committee Profiles

After the departure of several committee members our group has been relatively dormant but we now have an interim committee and look forward to welcoming anyone who feels they can offer support to the Slow Food cause.

	Lesley Gillespie joined Slow Food in January 2013 and joined the Aberdeen City & Shire committee in July 2016. In February 2017 Lesley became the first chef in the Aberdeen City & Shire area to be accepted as a member of the Slow Food UK’s Chef Alliance.
	Martin Gillespie joined Slow Food Aberdeen City & Shire in May 2016 and then became a committee member in July 2016.
