After being dormant since before Covid we held a Reboot event at 210 Bistro to guage the interest in Slow Food in Aberdeen City & Shire. The event was well attended and showed that there is significant interest in the Slow Food principles of Good, Clean and Fair Food.
For future events we intend to focus more closely on the fantastic wide range of local products that are available across Aberdeen City & Shire. We hope to host an “Meet, Greet and Eat event in the near future.
