Slow Food Buttery Experience

The event took place at Ritchies Bakery in Keith on 8th July and guests had the chance to tour the production bakery and see Michael Duffus mix up a couple of batches of traditional butteries. Some guests even had the chance to knuckle out their own butteries.

Also included was High Tea at the nearby Ugie House Hotel where we had a fantastic choice of main meals followed by tea/coffee with toast, scones, pancakes and home bakes. To round off the event we all got a couple of bags of fresh from the oven butteries to take home.
