Adele Callan joined the Slow Food Aberdeen City & Shire committee when it was formed in May 2016.
Adele co-founded 210 Bistro in 2009 after graduating from the University of Glasgow.
She grew up in Aberdeen and has always been passionate about the outstanding produce the local area has to offer. At 210 Bistro the ethos is focused on showcasing as much local and seasonal produce in the dishes as possible.
Adele became involved in the Slow Food movement in 2016 when the Aberdeen City & Shire Convivium was established.
With the natural larder of the North East of Scotland she believes the Slow Food culture can flourish.
